Brady and Associates is able to complete projects quicker and more efficiently. In addition the firm limits the number of projects it handles which allows a more intimate understanding of client needs and candidate qualifications.

Jack Brady
The President of the Company, has over 18 years experience as a leading consultant in the Executive Search Industry. Mr. Brady received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland. Upon graduation he spent 4 years with Colgate Palmolive in Sales and Account Management roles. Jack spent the next 10 years working for PepsiCo (Pepsi Cola Division). He held a variety of responsible positions in Sales Management, Marketing and Operations. Mr. Brady was recruited by a local Executive Search firm and spent approximately 4 years learning the trade before launching J. T. Brady and Associates in 1994. In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Brady volunteers his time and services with two local non-profit groups that assist unemployed executives transition back into the work force.

Kenneth Lee
Kenneth Lee offers clients over 19 years of accomplishments in Executive Search, Diversity Consulting, Management Coaching, and training.  Kenneth is passionate about his work and is relentless in his commitment to influence the strategic direction of a company by helping them make the right "people decisions."

Mr. Lee earned his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Olin School of Management at Washington University.  He is former member of the Board of Directors of the Black Alumni of Notre Dame, a member of the National Black MBA Association and the American Marketing Association.

David A. Wilson
The Director of Information Technology and Internal Operations, David has spent years in the IT field. He brings his degree in Information Science from Robert Morris University, his attention to detail, and appreciation of the “hi-tech workplace,” to J. T. Brady and Associates.
