candidates! As an executive search firm we are contracted to fill the positions listed. If we contact you it is
because we are serious and feel your qualifications match the needs of our
clients (hiring company).
All information is held in the strictest confidence. After a telephone conversation, if we feel you might be a good fit for our client and the position might be a good fit for you, we will then arrange a personal face to face meeting. If that goes well for both parties, we then move to the next step which is a meeting between you (the candidate) and our client (the employer). Obviously we have a vested interest to insure both parties (candidate and client) have their expectations satisfied. |
